Shipping

We ship all items within 1 business day.  

Shipments are sent via Fedex/UPS/USPS unless specified a specific type of service.

 

Returns

We have a 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the day you RECEIVE the goods.  The condition is that they are in the EXACT same condition as when you received them.  The original shipping will not be refunded nor would the cost of returning the goods to us.

If you receive goods that are not as described/photo'd or the wrong item, we will send you a return label to send them back for a full refund INCLUDING your original shipping fee.

 

Exchanges

We don't accept exchanges at the moment.  What we do is, we accept your return and will issue you a refund upon receiving the return.  Then you can repurchase from us.
